It's near to the port and has a good sea view. It is equipped with modern facilities and a very hygienic apartment. Overall, comfortable stay. Last but not least the staff is quite friendly and accommodating.

"Pleasant"

Location is very close to ferry terminal.shopping center nearby.Beautiful view from unit n pool.Floor clean but drinking cups not washed,still have coffee stains.

Soft furnishings needs to change . Very old beds n sofa .very dull brown/ grey sheets. Didn’t look fresh.bath towels smell bad.unit smells bad because of poor sewage. Had to open window to ventilate it

"Very nice and very convenient"

Walking distance to batam center. It had a kettle and a microwave oven.

It did not provide an iron for me to iron my clothes.
