"Great location, great view except for..."

1. Apartment is clean. 2. Everything we need is there for us to use. Better if scissors is provided for kitchen use. 3. Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video etc available on tv. 3. Owner is responsive and helpful via WhatsApp.

1. Living room Aircon remote control is not working, had to press manually to on/off it. 2. Bedroom socket was loose and coming off the wall. 3. Master bedroom blanket not big enough for 2 pax.

Clean and tidy apartment, good Netflix and wifi Everything else I need is provided. Good security as well from the building.

"Toilet pipe need to check as there is one kind of smell"

5 min walk to Batam ferry terminal and mega mall. Sea view , free Netflix

Toilet don’t have shower screen , the floor it’s very wet after shower, slippery, not good for elderly, stayed 4 nights there is no one come n clean the room , only changed towels once. Toilet has one kind of smell. I don’t like the fur blanket. No extra blanket and pillow . Only one each . No bolsters also, can’t sleep well . Should provide 4 pillows for one bed room, lucky the bed it’s comfortable and aircon it’s cold . Owner it’s kind enough to pass me one extra pillow the next day . No mineral water provided , there are many improvements area.
