toilet ammenites can be improved. noise from a parade/ceremony from the opposite Batam Museumn early morning on 18 Dec affected our rest

The apartment is new with modern facilities and equipment, but has cheap beds, mattresses, pillows, sheets, blankets and other furniture. Avoid this property: if you are looking for a comfortable stay. Beware: sea view rooms mean you are likely to be woken up by the sound of ferry horns from 5am. Take note: car parking is chargeable by the hour.

Good for family stay. Reliable host, good communication

The lift was not properly managed, it had 4 lift but not one in optimal condition. The instructions to check in can be structured in one long msg then followed by video and photos
