Beautiful scenery, strategic location, neat

no hair dryer and iron. u have to use laundry service at ground floor if u need to iron your clothes and have to wait for them to send it back to u

1) Unit is clean and service is responsive. 2) literally next door to Ferry Terminal. 3) Can smoke at balcony.

1) All beds are very uncomfortable. Didn't get to sleep well. Please provide decent beds. 2) Gas stove alarm went off at 4 am like there's a fire breaking out because gas is empty? This definitely gave us a rude awakening. It's a very strange system I must say. Why not go with pipe gas or electric stove instead of a cylinder gas? 3) We were happy to be able to cook in the kitchen but there's not enough plates and cutleries. There is not even a rice cooker or blender. I would not call this a complete kitchen. 4) Also why would you not provide a washing machine for an apartment stay? The laundry service is expensive and there is not even an iron and ironing board. I might as well stay in a nice hotel. I will not recommend this apartment stay to families or big groups staying. Please improve on the things I mentioned.
