Living at Batam One Residence 3AF has been a truly enjoyable experience. The apartment offers a stunning sea view, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, it’s one of the best parts of staying here. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and daily essentials, while still being quiet and private. It’s the perfect blend of accessibility and comfort. The apartment itself is clean, and well-designed, with a practical layout and lots of natural light. It feels cozy, comfortable, and just like home. I also appreciate the 24-hour security and card access system for the lift, gym, and swimming pool, which adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. The building facilities are well-maintained and perfect for both relaxing and staying active. Another nice touch is the on-site café, which serves delicious food, perfect for grabbing a quick and tasty breakfast or a light bite without needing to leave the building. Overall, 3AF at Batam One Residence offers an excellent living experience with great amenities, a fantastic view, and a truly convenient location. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in Batam.

Clean and new! Exceeded my expectations. Location is super, just walk to ferry terminal and mall

The key card system. I book 2 apartments and was not on the same floor. And with the key card systems required to take the lift, I literally can’t go to the other unit without their key. And if I take their key card, they can’t locked or open their door. So we end up having to meet at the lobby whenever we need to take something from each another

living room sofa and single bed is too old. Matress is bigger than bed frame so it topled. aircon is not cold enough. room too small

Location was perfect, room was cosy and comprehensive. Will stay here again when we visit Batam.

The mattress was a little too soft and squishy. Would appreciate if the master room has 2 queen sized bed instead, that will make the room more conducive for families with young children.
