What's pictured online and what is in reality is 2 separate things, felt like I was cat fished,

Not clean rooms

Location was close to the airport. 10min rickshaw ride

Breakfast was not offered, despite being included in the cost of the booking Location was difficult to find and was in a different place to the map Wifi was slow, despite being advertised as 'high-speed', I ended up using data instead

The location was close to the airport.

- The hotel is only on 6th floor of a commercial/residential building. It's difficult to locate it. and Difficult to access with the luggage. - Pictures shown on the booking site are not real. The actual building and rooms are different. - Hotel staff are unprofessional. We reached there at 2 pm, but were still denied check-in since the person responsible was away and had to wait till that person arrived. - The room was not cleaned, and the Toilet was dirty with urine stains. Looks like someone used it and didn't clean it. - There were small cockroaches on the beds and pillows.
