Grand Beach Resort Hotel

My main negative was the woman at the front desk. Did not greet us, I had to say hello first, and she was as cold as I've had a front desk treat me. It continued with the poor attitude while we waited for room to be ready. In the morning when asking to replace the empty coffee, the response was with attitude and unfriendliness. It's too bad, the hotel was nice to stay at but the hotel had zero hospitality...not ok with me!

Breakfast boxes were nice and the staff was attentive.

We really liked the room, cleanliness, and location. The beach access and back deck sitting area. The kids really liked the pool area.

The breakfast was not good. I appreciate the individual boxes to your room but we decided to not eat it and then didn't order food the second morning we were there. The shower pressure was also very weak.

Loved the location. It was absolutely worth the little bit extra for a beach view room.

Spiders EVERYWHERE. Around all entrances, our balcony was covered with so many spiders and webs that I wouldn’t go out there. Any doors to get inside that weren’t the main entrance to the front desk were also riddled with spiders and webs. Had 8-10 spiders inside the room as well.
