I stay here every time l am in TC

I won’t book through a third party again. The evening front desk gentleman was very negative about my parking my car and trailer under the carport overnight during to try and minimize the impact of the bad weather since my daughter and l were leaving at 5:30 the next morning. I thought that was odd given l had parked in actual parking spots and the hotel had obviously very few guests. From a customer service perspective l had expected a positive response.

The pool and hot tub

Hair in bathtub, ants everywhere, we killed over 50 of them. The fridge had left over drinks (Gatorade)

It was at a good location in TC

There were ants in the bathroom.

The hotel is in a great location, we had a wonderful view onto icy Lake Michigan. Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, too!
