Great facilities. Great breakfast and food. Very nice staff

Bed mattress was not very comfortable.

Good location, ski in and out which was great. Nice outdoor heated pool. Nice games room with pool, bowling and other games.

Stray dogs barking all night long and no attempt by hotel staff to shy them away. Our Room was next to "staff room" which was noisy around the clock. Cleaners would start super early morning and made no attempt to be quiet banging and bashing furniture around, slamming doors etc. Hotel staff were constantly standing around looking at their phones, not helping or engaged with guests. Doorman watched me off-load heavy suitcases with two kids and multiple bags from taxi and just continued to look at his phone. Despite standing right by the door didn't offer to help or even open door and just continued to watch his phone. Staff in restaurant also not particularly helpful - again had to ask for everything, they never took the initiative and when we did ask it felt like we were inconveniencing them. Rarely did we get a smile or a friendly hello. Stray dogs are a big problem, they bark non-stop especially at night and the hotel should do something about it. 3 out of 7 nights were sleepless due to the dogs barking non-stop. Staff training has a long way to go if they want to be recognized as a good hotel.

Warm comfortable hotel, pool and sports facilities very good. Restaurant good.

Booking the sports facilities could be better. Tried to book bowling said no it was booked. We played pool and no-one was on any of the bowling lanes!

Отель очень удобно расположен прямо у подъемника, удобная лыжная комната. Надел лыжи и через 20 секунд поднимаешься на гору. Хоть отель и не новый, но ремонт хороший, все свеженькое, чистенькое. Прекрасный открытый горячий бассейн и спа зона. Отличный персонал. Номер с красивым видом и балкончиком. Прочитал отзывы про не лучший ресторан, но был приятно удивлен. Все понравилось. Перекусывали супчиком и вином. Все на высшем уровне, цена адекватная. И рядом еще есть хороший недорогой ресторанчик.

Хотелось бы кофе получше на завтраке. И яичницу/омлет на заказ на завтрак. А то был какой-то невнятный омлет.

Отличный отель. Да,не первой сведести,но персонал ,теплый бассейн и шикарные виды компегсируют все с лихвой! Персонал отличный,нам продлили чекаут на час по просьбе,плздравили тортиком с днем рождения и повысили категорию нлмера до люкса! Ни ращу не пожалела,что выбрала имено этот отель! Теплый бассейн вау
