Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri

hope the hotel considers offering a better variety or improved quality of bed pillows for future guests.

The position is great, right in front of the ski lift. Breakfast was also amazing , a lot of variety and tasty food. The pool area was clean, warm, and spacious. A lot of entertainment options for the evening (bowling, ping pong, …).

The facilities overall are not worth the price. The rental ski equipment was damaged and the staff tried to hold our passports for us to pay for equipment which was already damaged. The gym has limited equipment. The staff does not speak English and is not professional. When we came for the check in they thought we did not pay even if booking clearly indicated we did pay.

Its the best in its class. Especially the swimming pool in the snow was the best. Also the sauna and steam room

The breakfast was excellent.

Rooms 3 star at best. Facilities perhaps 4 stars.
