Great location in the center of Galway - convenient to everything. Lots to do and see. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. Well stocked and furnished. Close to O'Connell's and other great pubs and restaurants as well as the shopping.

Proximity to O'Connell's meant that there was loud music at night until about 2230 on Sunday night. Monday night was fine. Not sure if it will be the same after the summer. Downstairs bathroom is very small.

It was centrally located in Galway City. The host was friendly and communicative before we arrived.

Firstly, I'd like to state that we were left little choice but to stay here after an error by Booking.com meant where we'd originally booked didn't exist. Our impression on arrival was lacklustre; There was a pile of dirty towels behind the door of our room (Room 4) and the light and ceiling was dusty and covered in cobwebs. Two of the bedroom doors did not latch, so would swing open again when closed. The carpet was stained and worn through in places. The whole place was tatty, smelt bad (especially the ground floor) and felt damp, not least due to the poorly insulated single glazed windows. The wi-fi did not work (and failed to do so for the duration, despite efforts to rectify by ourselves and the management company). Nowhere on the Booking.com listing does it detail that three of the four bedrooms at the back of the property would be subjected to extremely loud music and related crowd noise from a nearby bar with outside area (Connells) all afternoon, evening and until 1am. This is exacerbated by the aforementioned poor quality windows. Although I appreciate an apartment located centrally in a city will have some associated noise, ordinarily, sound proofing measures are taken and where the effects are excessive, this is stated ahead of time so guests can make an informed choice.

It is in the city centre. Staff are accommodating.

One of the rooms was not cleaned when we arrived. The cot i requested was unmade and smelly when we found it in the closet (yes, we have to search for it). We have to clean and disinfect it ourselves. No dishwasher. Batteries of remote controls our either dead or almost dead. We requested for new ones but never received any. Old carpets.

Location, washer/dryer, kitchen, booking staff had good communication before, during, and after and fast responses to inquiries.

We felt the moisture level was high in the downstairs bedroom. We wish the full size bed in the upstairs was a queen size.
