Central location close to shops, bars and restaurants.

I couldn't find fault with the accommodation, all the family were very happy with everything.

Location was great. Parking a bit of a pain but manageable to get to railway station park.

We could not get the Wi-Fi operating and the tv wouldn’t connect either. Messaged the owner and didn’t get a response.

Location was great, but the windows didn't close properly meaning outside noise was heard very clearly inside. The rooms were well sized but had a lot of beds cramped together. This is an option for accommodation for a stag or hen party, but it's far from luxury.

The facilities were a big let down, there weren't enough plates, cutlery, or glasses for the number of guests and the kitchen was not well equipped at all. Cooking in this property isn't an enjoyable experience. Bathroom towels were provided for use in the kitchen area which isn't ideal. The windows in some of the rooms didn't close properly allowing a lot of noise into the house, for a city centre apartment this was a big issue. The traffic and noise from bars and people passing the apartment could be heard clearly indoors. We couldn't get the WiFi to work at any point. Considering the cost of the rental the property was disappointing.

The location was 100%.

Could have been more kitchen utensils to cook with. Only having 1 set of keys between 9 people was also slightly inconvenient.

The location was excellent 10/10 The space we had for 10 people was perfect.

It could be cleaned better, for example.. There were eyelashes on the bedspread. It stated that there would be toliet roll and shower gel, but there was none.

The property is in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and shops. It has multiple rooms so it’s great for a family or large group and it was comfortable.

There were some easy fixes that could have improved the stay. With a little effort the rooms could have been cleaner. It definitely felt like bare minimum cleaning was done. More importantly I had concerns about something only 5 minutes after I made the booking and reached out immediately to the staff but they never even replied to my questions. I was just totally ignored even after I sent multiple messages. It definitely felt like the management is more concerned about the money than the actual experience of the customer. There is also a pub with an outdoor beer garden directly behind the building and it was extremely loud until 2:30. In fairness it was on a weekend so maybe it’s quieter during a weekday stay. We were also expecting noise because it’s common in Galway and expected , however it was too loud to ignore and no one could sleep until after they closed.

Location right on Eyre Square is great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for the six of us.

There’s a pub at the back of the house which is very loud for those in the back bedrooms. There’s nothing to be done about it (it’s the centre of Galway!), just keep it in mind if quietness is critical for you. The kitchen facilities are a bit bare but nothing major missing. Communication for check in wasn’t great as I had to chase them for the details after the deadline they provided passed.
