the owner is very accommodating,though we did not consume our booking due to some conflicts with the people i am with,but we were satisfied for the transportation we booked to the owner of the place

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the experience was quite uncomfortable. There was a serious lack of privacy—the owner and their helper would enter our room multiple times even after we had checked in, and sometimes even while we were out, which felt invasive and unusual. To make things more uncomfortable, their personal belongings were also stored in the room we were staying in. Additionally, they acted as our tour guides, but instead of following the itinerary we provided, they kept pushing their own plans, even trying to convince us to dine at a restaurant of their choice when we had already made our own plans. We also experienced long delays before our tour started, which affected our schedule. Overall, it felt more like staying in someone else’s space than having our own. I hope they improve these issues, especially around respecting guests’ privacy and preferences.

I like how cozy the guest house we booked. Ma'am Lulu and her partner were accommodating enough to provide us with the basic needs such as toiletries, wifi facility, a great air-conditioned room and the like. The guest house is also clean and can really accommodate guest ranging from 4-12 People.

Maybe, it was how far the place from the main business/commercial streets of panglao . It really takes a few minutes to travel, but considering the price it is still worth the booking. She could also offer tours for a considerable price. All in all, the bad review isn't reflecting the convenience of the guest house and its host can offer.

None, the location was not correct. Don't believe that it was just a walk away from dumaluan beach because its a big scam.

Location was very far from the main land, its on the middle of nowhere. There's a water interruption on the apartment and they only gave 4 pillows when in fact we are 7 people checked in. The biggest scam is the location they pinned it on the wrong house. The owner called us and saying that we need to check in right away because they need to go somewhere else when in fact we tried to check in earlier like 11am but they said that 2pm is the check in, and when its almost 2pm they pressured us on checking in because they need to go somewhere else and told us to wait up until 4:30 pm. When we go there 4:30 they're not home yet so we waited up until 5pm just to check in and drop our things. Worst experience ever. We just stayed here for overnight instead of 4 nights we left as soon as possible and look for another room nearby the dumaluan beach just the way we wanted. If you dont want to put your money into waste dont stay here.
