The Ranch Resort

En general, todo fue muy bien, salvo por los aspectos negativos que detallo a continuación.

Los animales están en espacios muy reducidos, lo cual resulta bastante triste; en mi opinión, el hotel debería replantearse esta situación, ya que puede considerarse un trato inadecuado. Además, no ofrecen orientación sobre rutas a pie por la zona.

Sehr schöne Anlage, toller Blick, super freundliches Personal, extrem kinderlieb. Pool beheizt mit tollem Blick. Spielplatz vorhanden.

Wir hatten ein Kugelzelt es war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hatte mit Rost und Feuchtigkeit zu kämpfen. Auch im Speiseraum sah man am Stoff überall Feuchtigkeitsflecken. Der Raum roch etwas unangenehm. Service sehr langsam. Die Tiere auf der Farm haben oft viel zu wenig Platz und sind entsprechend in schlechten Zustand, die Gehege müssen dringend vergrößert und auch besser gereinigt werden. Personal im Kids Club war sehr demotiviert, Spielzeug kann verbessert werden.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ranch Resort in Marrakech and couldn’t recommend it more especially for families traveling with children. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for disconnecting from the busy city while still being close enough to enjoy Marrakech. The facilities are very well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What truly made our stay special was how family-friendly everything was. Our kids had an amazing time there was plenty of space for them to play, explore, and enjoy themselves safely. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure both adults and children felt comfortable and cared for. The food was delicious, with great variety and quality, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. It really felt like a place where guests are genuinely valued. If you’re looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and family-oriented getaway in Marrakech, this is the perfect choice. We would definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

Endroit isolé, magnifique paysage. Personnel attentionné.

Piscines non chauffées, restaurant a améliorer considérablement. Chambre très mal isolée, donc gênant quand il ya du bruit dans le lobby. Il ya des quads mais impossible d’en faire avec un enfant, idem pour la balade à cheval.

Excellent resort, the nature around is fantastic, facilities are great, lots to do for kids. The staff are lovely and always trying to help. We loved it

2 things only: 1- The indoor pool is in the middle of the hotel and gets noisy when busy 2- The food for lunch and dinner was average and the morroccan menu stopped at 7pm which is way too early.
