The Ranch Resort

Le personnel est vraiment gentil mais les facilités de restauration sont catastrophiques. La nourriture est bonne mais les lieux pour manger sont très éloignés de la cuisine et peu confortable hormis la terrasse aménagée mais attention s il fait froid car rien n est pensé pour cela. Ne pas oublier de commander votre repas du soir tajine ou couscous sinon vous resterez sur votre faim. Le complex est pensé uniquement pour les enfants de 3 à 10 ans avec une grande plaine de jeux a coté des facilité de restauration et en plus le Ranch ouvre ses portes tous les jours à des ecoles ou groupes et le bruit est vraiment très elevé et problématique. Les piscines ne sont pas chauffées et au milieu du bruit donc pas de sieste au soleil possible. Le parc animalier est une idée géniales mais les animaux manquent enormement de place, les enclos sont minuscules et vides de toute decoration ou d élément permettant de respecter le besoin naturel d un animal…. Il faudrait d urgence adapter les enclos.

Je n ai absolument rien aimé ici hormis la gentillesse du personnel et le couscous qui etait tres bon.

Absolutely loved our visit to The Ranch! The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. It’s the perfect spot for families, with so much to keep the kids entertained—pony riding, quad biking, and feeding the animals were definite highlights. Set right between the hills, the views are stunning and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Highly recommended! I would recommend that you take snacks as there are no shops locally. They have tents and chalets. They have at least three outdoor pools and one heated pool inside, which was ideal as the weather wasn’t on point. Make sure you book the activities when you arrive to avoid disappointment. There is also a small gem and a play area for children.

There was a slight Food issue, however the Director quickly resolve the issue. The Staff extremely helpful. Hicham on Reception was on point

Le Resort a du potentiel mais manque d’entretien, il y a cependant de belles piscines et des activités pour les enfants, le petit déjeuner est bon mais la nuit en tente n’a pas été une bonne expérience pour nous.

Le GROS point noir est sans conteste les dixaines d’animaux enfermés dans des cages mal entretenues et de petits taille ,le réservoir d’eau est vert et les espaces de vie très réduits… Des suricates n’ont rien à faire dans un box de 2 m2! Vous devriez concentrer vos efforts sur la l’entretien du Resort pour le rendre plus agréable au lieu d’exhiber des animaux en cage cela n’apporte rien de positif a cet établissement…

I booked this trip for me and my fiancé (proposed at the ranch). The place has such amazing scenery, the staff are very attentive, friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a dome for 4 nights, we loved this as it gave rural vibes and this was cleaned daily for us. The food is a short menu, but takes away the pain of a thousand choices, the tajine is amazing! The staff, specifically Yuniz and Abdulkafur could not have done anymore for us, they where excellent and these made my proposal go smooth and the hospitality of these two was amazing, can't thank them enough. We will be booking this place more often and I'm sure each time we go there will be more added to the ranch as building is still going on around the ranch. Amazing place, amazing staff! Thank you for the hospitality.

The only downside to the dome is there is tiny tiny insects that can get in, but the cleaners and ourselves kept on top of this so it wasn't an issue, but just to be aware, no massive spiders and anything like that where in the tent so no worries about that! Again can't recommend the domes enough either. Hard to find negatives.

La vue sur l'atlas de notre chambre est àcouper le souffle , la piscine chauffée, les activités pour les enfants. Le personnel dans l'ensemble est aimable.

Les animaux sont dans de petits enclos, pas très adapté pour certaines espèces . la nourriture n'est pas la meilleure de Marrakech mais reste correcte.

The breakfast was nice and the staff went extraordinarily out their way to make the stay special for us. They could not do any more.

The pool wasn't heated, even slightly would have made a big difference and the condition of the dome wasn't as nice as I expected with marks on the walls.
