The accomation was spotless, nicely furnished , well equipped and spacious rooms. The location was great for getting to all the sights we wanted to go to ,, e.g Wells next the sea, Burham Market , Holkham .

Lovely house - much more spacious than I expected and really well decorated and we felt straight at home. We were attending a wedding nearby and the location and value for money compared to hotels was great. Directly opposite a pub so ate there the Friday night. Just wish we went for longer than 2 nights so we could explore the local area more!m and spend a bit more time in the property! X

Rear access path was a little uneven particularly leading into rear courtyard.
