Lovely property, with everything you need provided.

Road was a bit noisy quite early in the morning. Steps tripped us up a few times.

Lovely, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space and a very relaxing stay.

Nothing

Beautiful old house,high quality furniture and appliances,comfortable beds,enough towels,throws; lots of electric sockets,dimmed lighting. The village is very quiet,and although the house is right opposite a pub,not once it was loud and didn’t disturb us at all.

The only thing that could be better was not enough pans for cooking,couple more would have been helpful. The ones that are there are very worn out,but that’s an easy fix. Other than that,nothing to complain about. Have to mention that there is very little outside space. It didn’t really bother us,but it would have been difficult to have bbq or spend time outside.

Lovely sized well equipped cottage in a great location. The village has everything needed and is well positioned for exploring the coast and Broads

The waterfall shower doesn’t work well so we mostly used the mixer tap shower which was a little inconvenient trying to hold it whilst washing. Lounge furniture could’ve been cosier.

The location was great for visiting the area, with a great village pub opposite the property. The cottage was extremely clean with beautiful period features and quality decoration. An information pack was available and milk was kindly left for our arrival. The hosts answered questions politely and in a timely manner, it’s clear that they care about their guests holiday experience. I would highly recommend the cottage to friends and family.

Make clear which items are ok to be recycled as different areas recycle different materials. The mattress in the second bedroom was uncomfortable. This isn’t a criticism but hopefully will help you to enhance the experience for future guests.
