Good location. The host is very quick to respond. Bed was super comfy, especially after traveling already for a few weeks.

Located less than 10 minutes from DuPont circle and the metro, this spacious, quiet, and comfortable apartment is a great alternative to the pricier hotels in the area. There are tons of great places to eat as well, such as Un Je Ne Se Quois for amazing coffee and french pastries and low-key affordable eateries such as Sweetgreen. It's hard to go wrong with this great spot!

Very comfortable room, exactly what we were looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay, but the owner is always available to provide you with anything you need. He was very nice. The location right next to Dupont Circle is absolutely fantastic! Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, convenience stores all around in every direction. One of the best parts of the city. Only a few blocks from the nearest Metro as well. Highly recommended!

So many things to love about this apartment! The decor is modern and very comfortable. Very walkable neighborhood and area with many restaurants and a metro station all within 10 minutes walk. Owners were very solicitors and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitelystay here again.

There is nothing about this apartment that was a negative.

This is a nice one-bedroom apartment with a large living room up a short flight of stairs in a townhouse-like building near DuPont Circle. It had its own kitchen and a nice big bed in the bathroom and a well-equipped bathroom even with its own basic washlet. The instructions were clear on how to enter the code, turn the square knob and get the keys out of the lockbox at the door, and returning them was also a matter of opening the lid on top to reveal the little compartment to drop it securely back in.

It’s a little bit old but that’s the standard for properties in this area, some would call it charming. The cost structure is such that it’s better for travelers staying a few nights rather than just one night.

Host was flexible and responsive, key pick up was easy, location is excellent. The place was very clean and had all the necessities. There is some paint peeling on the ceiling, and the AC is noisy, but nothing that diminished my stay.

I appreciated the good communication about parking options and the flexibility and the trouble taken to meet my concerns.
