Excellent location with very polite host.

Perfect location for sightseeing around the DC area. Restaurants, grocery stores, metro station all within walking distance. The apartment l kitchen except the kettle to enjoy the tea the host left for us. Bathroom shower had good pressure with lots of hot water. Apartment is up one flight of stairs.

It was a little cold and the heating unit is behind the headboard of the bed, which was noisy. We ran it high, warming up the room and then turned it off when we slept.

Cozy spacious apartment in great location. Very attentive and polite host. Thank you for a nice stay!

Location near Dupont Circle is good for getting around DC

The bathroom & kitchen are rather dated and the bathroom is very cold as it doesn't seem to have its own heating

The location was perfect. So close to everything and easy to walk everywhere if we wanted, plus the metro was easily accessible. The hosts were readily available for questions (they live in the same building).

The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable at all, so if it's needed, be prepared.

The location for our needs was perfect!!! We could not get the pull out couch to work but it was a great option to have. The size of the apartment was just right.

The bed was so noisy that even the sightest movement would make a loud, creaky sound. I wish there was a hairdryer and an option for a few more towels. The bathroom was freezing but did not affect the rest of the apartment.
