It is very well located — not too close to downtown and not too far, which makes it perfect for resting. The room is complete and wonderful, with a bathtub. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. I spent amazing days with my family, and it was even more special because my mother, who has a physical disability and uses a wheelchair, was very well accommodated. The pool is wonderful, as well as the sauna and the hot tub — totally worth it after a day in the city center. The game room is excellent for both children and adults. Everything was incredible. The frying pan grabbed the egg, that’s all

The location is very close to down town Gatlinburg. It was nice to head back for a break and return to sight see, shop or eat. We even got a chance to see a momma bear and her cub on the last day at the resort.

This was our second time at this location. The building we stayed in this time was much older, smaller and beds were VERY uncomfortable! We both woke up very stiff and sore every day. The unit had a very humid feeling and NO internet was available. Last issue was someone smoking weed behind the building. Each day we had horrible residue smell in our unit. Last day, we tried to enjoy the balcony but someone was out there smoking weed, again. It was so bad we had to shut the door and stay inside. We were close to the laundry area so, I am not sure if it was another guest or staff since they were behind the building. I tried to reach out to the front desk but I never was able to connect with anyone. This makes me so sad since I enjoy the location but I want to be comfortable on vacation. I am not sure if I would stay here again. I would need improvements before I do.

I like that they have an indoor swimming pool and the staff was very nice

I hate that you have to call capital to book a room because they tell you that they don’t have anything then i get on booking.com and they have one on booking.com. We get there and I see all kinds of rooms empty. That’s how it was last year. This year it was the same thing told they didn’t have anything . So I got on booking.com and got a room through Laurel point . Our friends always come down there the same week we do and they told me that they had rooms available, but I couldn’t get there that same week Because I was told there wasn’t anything available .

Was very roomy. Nice, clean, comfy. Absolutely loved master bathroom.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the location.

The pictures on the website matched what we got in our room. I’ve added photos of the plates, pans, and some utensils so you know what to expect. There was also a coffee maker, can opener, toaster, blender, and some baking pans that weren’t pictured. We brought our own pans because they didn’t specify, and I’m glad we did—the one at the property was pretty scratched up. Make sure to pack or buy essentials like extra paper towels, TP, trash bags, and soaps, as they only provide a small amount. And they do not replenish those items. The beds were comfortable, though stained. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and stained. The living room was big enough for a twin/queen-size blow-up mattress. I’d recommend bringing one to make it more comfortable and still have the couch for sitting. You can get fresh towels daily from 9-11 am, and the staff is very nice. We stayed in Unit B, which didn’t have a view. There are two washers and dryers in Unit C for everyone to use, which is a short walk from our building. It’s free to wash clothes, and there’s a machine for soap, but it can get busy. The laundry room is open 24 hours, which is helpful. The game room has a pool table, darts, a ping pong table, and a small area for kids. We didn’t use it because we had other activities planned. We also didn’t use the pool, but it’s smaller than it looks online. The drive up was scenic, and the staff was friendly and answered all our questions. If we could choose our unit, we might stay again, but since that’s not guaranteed, we probably won’t.
