L’unica cosa positiva di questa struttura è la posizione vicinissima ad uno dei principali ghat. Poi anche il ragazzo che ci lavora è molto disponibile ma ciò non basta per rendere un soggiorno piacevole. La colazione è stata buona.

Stanze sporche vecchie e trasandate. Presenza di un geco in camera e quindi stanza piena di suoi escrementi. Lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi, in condizioni pietose. assolutamente non utilizzabili. La posizione della struttura è buona ma non si riesce assolutamente a dormire, troppo caos a tutte le ore del giorno. La maggior parte delle prese non funzionano. Ogni giorno deve entrare qualcuno in stanza per svuotare il boccione dell’acqua dell’aria condizionata. In bagno non si può chiudere la finestra, vetro inesistente. Vi sembra normale? Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui

Location

The room was tidy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable! Easy to use aircon and hot water system. The room has all you need, just the basics, but nothing fancy. If you've ever stayed in a hostel, you'll be more than comfortable here. There is a reataurant on the top floor that makes really tasty food. Everything is made fresh to order. There are also light blocking blinds in the room that block out any light for a good night sleep. The location is second to none. It's right next to the Dashashwamedh Ghat where the Gunga Aarti is performed every evening. You can watch it from the restaurant or the roof top and avoid the crowds. During the monsoon when the river levels are high, this is one of the only places you can see the Aarti from. It's within easy walking distance of the main temple atteactions, the funerary Ghat, and boat rides along the Ganga operate right outside from the Ghat.The hotel owner is really lovely and helpful. He's easy to talk to and will help organise a taxi from the airport if you need it. A car can't go the whole way, so be aware of this, but it's a short walk. The stairs inside are a little steep. Consider this if you struggle with mobility. Honestly, I am so happy I chose to stay here. It made it possible to see and do everything I wanted to with little effort or stress. You can't go wrong. I felt safe as a solo female traveller here. The value for money is incredible. Would recommend it to anyone! **I'd recommend bringing earplugs. Sound can come in from outside, and other guests can be noisy. It's not the hotels fault, but it'll make your stay most comfortable.
