See ‘facilities’ section above for charges. Height limit for parking is 6.9 feet A credit/debit card is required for payment of any additional services and/or to be held as security. A payment link or card verification request will be emailed for guest completion if they elect to pay accommodations fees directly to booking.com. If this is not provided your booking may be canceled. The property reserves the right to request that guests vacate their apartment immediately if any of the terms and conditions/house rules are broken. YSB reserve the right to request a security deposit of up to £500.00 per apartment for group bookings (2 or more apartments) and/or guests booking with a Bristol or surrounding area postcode (within 40 miles).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
