The staff managing the apartments are very helpful and if you have any questions happy and quick to assist. The apartment was in a great location 10 minute walk to the city centre and the added bonus of having Tesco express around the corner for the little extras for you stay. The instructions given to access the property are great, no problem getting in or out. Private secure Parking, which just around the corner was great again easy in easy out. The apartment itself was very spacious, with comfortable beds and lots of hanging space. Lounge/ kitchen area great, good size for two couples, no view but that didn’t bother us.

My only criticisms are the water pressure was very low when showering and the smell in the corridors ( not the apartment) from other residents was overpowering when coming in and out,

"The absolutely best place to stay for proximity to Bristol Infirmary."

The property is uniquely situated as a place to stay for anyone with a relative or freind who is an inpatient at Bristol Royal Infirmary (Hospital) being a just 5 minutes walk away. There is a local Tesco yards from the apartment. There is literally no better place to be in Bristol for proximity to the hospital. The contacts for the apartment were super helpful, friendly and efficient. The little central garden area provides a safe haven to sit and relax.

There were two minor issues with faulty taps in the bathrooms that need fixing.
