This hotel really exceeded all I knew in terms of Customer Focus! It was amazing to see literally every single employee, on a sample of 10+ people, trying everything they could to make my stay as good as possible. Specially Basharat (ready to manage a 5-stars hotel chain in my opinion, very professional and effective), Samir (the kindest waiter there could be), Imran (efficient and customer oriented) and Atiqur, the General Manager who carefully organized everything and went beyond the extra mile to support. Besides the rooms were spacious, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is an oasis after a long day on the cold and dry weather.

Wi-Fi could be better.

The restaurant staff made us very comfortable. They treated us with respect and were very friendly and polite.

Food price

Clean, elegant and well maintained. Staff are very accommodating, professional and helpful. Tousif was lovely and food at the restaurant was delightful.

Srinagar has electricity issues, the generator going on and off can be a little annoying. Property has hot cold water, but the rooms have issues with mixing water to desired temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, we have 3 rooms booked, all had the same issue
