The workers are nice and kind. The place is new and clean.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was supportive. There were all the facilities in the room like kettle, almirah, extra bed, wifi, TV, etc. The food served was delicious and the location was also good..

Hote is peacefully located near the river. It feels like cheap five star which need dew improvement..but overall it was great. Especially the rooms which were comfortable...

Comman area is good .. you sit there meet lots of new people. But kindly add a pool table.

We could not use the balcony . I would choose a diffferent location for staying in Rishikesh

Location was a 5min walk from the Ganges River and in a quieter part of town.

WiFi didn’t work at times. Fan had one setting (fast). Balcony couldn’t unlock. Hotel charged us for “welcome tea on arrival” - thought it was a welcome/nice gesture. Instead ended up paying for it. Construction started on upper floors at 6am every morning and woke us up. Asked for toilet paper last night, porter said would collect, never came. Hotel charged us for drinking water, compared to other Indian hotels where that was free. Room had construction snag numbers (marked repair circles and numbers) all over the room indicating room wasn’t actually completely finished and there was still work to be done.

The ambiance was both good and great, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the staff, especially in the food area, made me feel like part of their family. Their care and attention truly made the experience special. ❤️

It was very clean, staff was helpful

Unfortunately they were renovating the restaurant at the time we stayed. The location is somewhat off centre, thus it’s quite a walk (or a short autorickshaw ride) to the activities.

Mr. Deepak (Manager) and Sourav (Service Staff) were very helpful
