The cottage was cosy and very well equipped with everything and more than you need for a self-catering holiday. The location was perfect for the activities we planned, only a short drive away for kayaking and hiking.

Beautiful location , we stayed there as we were in a karting competition about 12 miles away , will definitely be our go to place every year now, lovely place , great pub just down the road , lads and dads weekend , best not tell the wives they might to join us !

The property is in a wonderful location. It’s a perfect oasis of calm and tranquility surrounded by stunning views. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We couldn’t have wished for more, the hosts are warm and welcoming.

If someone gave me 13 acres of land and asked me what I would do with it, I would give it to Steve and Gulin and ask them to turn it into a property just like theirs! If anyone asked me how to define Bryn Merlyn Farm Cottages in one word, I would say it’s PERFECTION. It’s like a home away from home where you would want to live forever. It cannot (and I literally mean it) get better than this. Steve and Gulin have thought of everything you might need at a cottage and then just added more. Forgot your slow rice cooker back at home for this trip? No problem, they have got you covered! But the most important thing that they have filled the cottage with, is love! They are the most gracious hosts ever, the property is spectacular. You can watch the sunrise from the garden and look at the sunset from another garden. They have an amazing games room where you can enjoy a game (or two or five if you are in a mood for it) of darts, snooker, foosball, table tennis and loads and loads of board games. And if I am a guest again while you are there(which I promise I will be again soon) challenge me to a game of Jenga and let’s see if you can win against me. There are two spectacular ponds as well and so much more that you will have to just see. YOU NEED TO SEE AND VISIT THIS PROPERTY. Best hosts ever! They would suggest the best places to visit near by and they are just really lovely! Loved every moment of being there. Also, did I mention that the ponies love carrots? Well I didn’t mention the ponies did I? Like I said, they have too much to offer and you have to visit the place to see it.

There was nothing not to like. I can’t think of a single thing that will add to the property’s beauty.
