Staff very friendly, stunning views and good food.

No air conditioning in the rooms, the doors don’t seal to outside and so there are A LOT of of bugs etc coming in at night. No WIFI available in the rooms. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived, and when the pool cleaner did come he didn’t knock, just came on through. No mini bar price list or instructions for the property were in the room, we needed to ask for one the next day.

I can only say WOW WOW WOW. The Moso is an amazing resort to stay at. It well and truly exceeded my expectations. We had the most wonderful beachfront villa, situated right beside the resort pool. From the moment we received our welcome cocktail, we were made to feel welcomed and at home. The staff are exceptional, you only have to ask and they are there to help. We celebrated a birthday and anniversary and the staff made our special day extraordinary. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend the around island tour with a swim in a cave, a private beach picnic and a visit to the turtle sanctuary.

The only thing I could say is it is a little pricey but we found it value for money considering the delicious food and beverages.

LOVED our stay and experience at The Moso. So relaxing and chilled out. 5 nights was a good amount for us. Plenty to do and see around the island. Snorkelling was amazing! Best choc lava cake and gnocchi I’ve ever had! Loved all the staff. Perfect spot for our honeymoon!

Everything (menu, fishing, minibar etc) seemed a little overpriced. Also I asked the staff a few times what meal/option they would recommend but they hadn’t tried them, so I’d recommend the staff try everything on the menu to help with recommendations/experience.

The serenity. I spent 3 nights there, and left feeling deeply rested and refreshed.

Spoiled by inadequate food supplies at meal times. Felt sorry for the friendly staff having to regularly apologise for this.

Weather was very windy and the resort layout provided little protection from it.

Visually appealing modern accomodation. Privacy was good in the villa.

You aren't able to just pop back to the mainland to get something to eat or go to the shops given the location. Although the island is lovely, the private beach is nice and the property itself is visually appealing, I believe a much higher quality of food and service needs to be provided. The staff were nice enough but better communication was needed at times. We waited half an hour one night before we asked when our dessert was arriving, we were then told they didn't have any left, it was a little frustrating. I had toast each day we stayed and were charged the same price at eggs on toast 2 out of the 3 days. Consistency is key when you're on vacation. The villa itself was lovely however we did have stained sheets, and had to pay for pod coffee if we chose to have a cup in our room. I think for $2000 for 3 nights coffee pods really should be included...however we did eat it some of the better food we experienced whilst in Vanuatu which was a positive.

The island was gorgeous and ideal for an off grid getaway. Great snorkelling and a decent walk to the local private beach. Great activities and the bistro was amazing.

Inconsistent service in room and at bistro. Website needs updating, not enough current info (menu, day spa). Super slippery floors when wet in and around villa. Villa lap pool was unusable in July due to no sunlight on water. Leaking plumbing, and in room facilities not well maintained.
