Beautifully clean, fixtures fittings and decor were excellent which matched the beauty of the natural surroundings.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything you could want to cook a proper meal

The kitchen and bathroom were very damp, items in the kitchen cupboard were mouldy. Would not recommend for anyone with breathing issues

Nice, generally quiet, peaceful, relaxing location, tastefully furnished with excellent facilities and reasonably close proximity to Malvern Hills and town (eateries, shops etc.).

Some minor noise experienced from the apartment above. Sounded like somebody clunking about early in the morning before heading off to work?

A lovely comfy large room with a kitchen alongside. The large bed was v comfy and we both slept well. Overall it was good value.

I’d have marked it as excellent but TBH I think 1 and bit loo rolls for a 2 night stay was a bit mean.

Perfect place for a couple a days away, had everything you need you can’t go wrong for price

A little gem of a place. So clean and comfortable. Quiet location but close to town.

Very clean and comfortable. And ...so quiet, so able to get a good night's sleep. Very clear instructions for entry . Massive amount of parking. The kitchen is compact but adequate and the amenities work well - the oven; the microwave. Huge room and wonderful firm bed. Great TV! Good location with easy to follow directions/directions for access.

Possibly some kitchen roll. Otherwise all very good and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.
