Immaculate and stylish. Everything we needed was there.

How can I assess the place when I didn’t get in? I was booked from Friday 17 May but didn’t receive the key code until Sunday 19, so our weekend was ruined. We had travelled a combined 700-mile round trip to be together. I don’t know whether the blame lies with owner or Booking.com. Now I’m struggling to get my money back!

First impressions the accommodation was very nicely decorated, bed/lounge area very spacious. Location for us was good. We enjoy a walk. Plenty of space for parking. Plenty of kitchen facilities. The tv and internet was very good. Lots of tv options. We also liked the black out blinds which made the room very dark in the early morning.

There was a lot packed into the kitchen, which left little space to do anything. The main lights were a bit hit and miss. Didn’t work one eve in lounge or bathroom and kitchen. But small lamps did. And no hot water on our last morning in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink. Not major, but a little frustrating. It was guess work at first which switches worked which application. Ie. Shower, radiator, lights. The bed was too firm for us. I believe a foam mattress topper could have made a big difference. It would have been nice to have been greeted by someone to show us these bits and pieces on arrival.

It was beautifully furnished and decorated. It was extremely convenient as I was visiting my cousin who lives next door!

Great deco and well equipped; everything you need is at hand. Great care and attention to detail. Ample parking space available. Cleaned well. Great coffee machine. We would definitely recommend to stay here. Local to malvern hill and other amenities.

Very comfortable apartment & host had provided everything to help make my stay very nice & cosy. Wish I had more time to stay longer.

The walk into central Malvern & back would no doubt be a problem for some people.
