Cet hôtel nous a beaucoup plu ! Les chambres traditionnelles sont spacieuses et confortables, le buffet de dîner et de petit déjeuner était top et le onsen est parfait. Et la vue sur les montagnes est appréciable Le personnel est toujours aimable !

設備が新しく清潔だったこと。窓からの眺めがとてもよかったこと（雲がかかってはいましたが）。お料理をとても工夫して用意されていたことです。おいしかったです。お風呂も、大変いいお湯でした。

レストランでのバイキングの動線に、工夫の余地ありかな？という気がしました。 ホテル内の売店の品ぞろえも、ホテル独自のものですとか、阿蘇ならではのものですとか、もう少し目を引かれるものがあると楽しみが増えるかなと思いました。
