Aso Hakuun Sanso

夕食、朝食、どちらも美味しく食べました、部屋も綺麗で良かったです!

食事のレストランのスタッフが少ないのでは、追加注文をしたいのになかなかスタッフが居なかった待たされました、入場口のスタッフに声をかけるとスタッフに言ってくださいと言われました、貴方もスタッフではないのかな。スタッフが教育されてない！

This was a comfortable hotel but be aware, it's not really near any of the bigger towns or facilities of Aso. It does however, have a car park, which was an important factor in our decision making. Room was comfortable if a little small from other places we stayed on Kyushu, wifi was good and breakfst is included. If you want to have dinner at the hotel, it costs over $60 AUD a person so you may want to think about having a big lunch or bringing some snacks back to the hotel. There is an onsen included in the hotel price however we didn't take a look as we didn't have time.

Everything was fine, if a little far from services and facilities.

冷蔵庫やエアコンはチェックイン後、自分でONいなければならなかった。チェックインするのがわかっているなら事前に付けていて欲しかった。 2人のチェックインなのにルームキーが最初1個だった。頼んで、追加してもらった。 夕食のビュッフェは質や種類の割には高く感じた。 部屋の感じや接客は良かった。

停車相當方便，飯店外面就是停車場，四周景觀舒適自然。

The location and the view from the room is wonderful. We booked a room with dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed the food provided by the hotel. There is also an Onsen where you can bath in water with 40-41 degree Celsius. There are plenty of parking space in front of the hotel.

There are some small insects on the curtain of the bathroom. Please check and get rid of them. The pillow is too hard and too high, causing neck pain.
