I got a good price before the graduation rush and price spike

Both neighbours would be outside smoking, butt cans everywhere. The one next door was smoking in his room and you could smell it through the walls & under the adjoining door. Told the owner & he said "yes I've talked to him". Lots of long term tenants there. The bathroom could use an upgrade. Fair certain there was blood on the ceiling.

Nice family owned motel right in the heart of town. Good food in walking distance. Helpful, friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable.

There were men outside my room with their diesel truck running having a party.

It was very clean and for the cost it was exceptional.

It was perfect and comfortable.

The bathroom was not clean. There was mold starting in the corners of the tub. The corners and baseboards were very dirty. The floor was dirty.

Location

Old run down. Mold in shower area tub has permanent water stains needs replaced. Bed uncomfortable hardest mattress unable to sleep. Bedding old. No services
