The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The room was acceptable clean.

The room was very dated. The airgap around the door was quite large. There was like one outlet available and it was on the opposite side of the room from the beds.

Everything filthy dirty. Smelled like smoke, stuff all over the walls, cigarette burns in the comforter, hair in the bathtub, stains all over the chairs. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Wouldn’t let us get a refund. Offered to change to another room and didn’t follow through.

The bed was comfortable but I forgot to ask for an extra blanket. The shower was wonderful. The room was basic but in good condition and very clean.

I forgot to turn on the heater and it was a little cold in the morning until I turned on the heater and then it warmed up quickly to be very comfortable. It gets cold in Cedar City for most of the year and that is not the fault of the motel.

The location, staff and the room were all exceptional.
