Cazarea este destul de aproape de gurile de metrou Mihai Bravu si Dristor, cu multe magazine si farmacii in jur, localizata foarte bine. Asternuturile, pernele, prosoapele de baie erau curate si spalate. Este mobilat foarte frumos si este spatios. Insa, curatenia generala nu era wow, a trebuit sa aspiram canapeaua si o zona consistenta din sufragerie/bucatarie. In bucatarie am gasit 3 gandaci morti, in zile diferite, iar plita electrica nu functioneaza decat pentru aproximativ 30 de secunde, dupa care se inchide. De la geamul de la bucatarie vine un miros ciudățel. Prețul e foarte bun!
