Very spacious, clean. Well equipped.

Mi è piaciuto il confort dato dagli spazi be organizzati e con tutti gli accessori necessari. La posizione della casa è stata molto utile per le mie esigenze. Erano presenti tutti gli accessori per la pulizia e quasi tutti i prodotti necessari.

C'è da migliorare un pochino la pulizia dell'interno casa, ma soprattutto le parti comuni dell'edificio andrebbero ristrutturate. L'androne esterno di entrata nello stabile presenta fili scoperti ed una sporcizia incredibile sul pavimento. Questi elementi fanno pensare che stai entrando in un ghetto.

The apartment is greatly located and is very spacious. The fact that it has 2 separate bathrooms is amazing. Kitchen equipped with all you might need. We were lucky to find parking right in front of the entrance, was super.

There is a strong disturbing cigarette smell. Constantly. The apartment is advertised as non smoking and we found in one of the rooms an ashtray and cigarette ashes. Also, the upstairs neighbors are quite loudly walking and running (kids probably).
