The property was clean, had everything that you need for a short stay.

The linen was just laid on the bed and I had to dress the bed myself.

There is no airconditioner in the rooms, just in the saloon

Everything was just perfect.

Apartment worth recommending. Near the tram stop and metro. Shopping center and local shops nearby. Great contact with the owner. Parking included.

The apartment is big, spacious, modern and just renewed. There is a big open-space kitchen with dining area and a sofa, two bedrooms each with one bathroom (one with a large shower with option for rain-shower and the other one with a large bathtub). The windows have mosquito nets, the curtains and shades are good and block the sunlight. The kitchen is well-equipped, some utensils were even still in their original packaging. With bath amenities there was a shower gel for babies (we notified we were travelling with our 1-year old child). There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, a rack for clothes, an iron desk, almost everything is here. Both bus and tram lines right in front of the apartment location and still the place was very quiet. We had to communicate with the host via phone and they were very responsive. The place was extremely clean, however... (check the negative part)

The apartment is new but the building is not and should be adjusted, starting from the old elevator. There is an extra room with an enormous wardrobe that has no much sense in the apartment; the room could be easily converted into a studio/work place for those that need to work from there (one of us had to with no much space for it as the only table in the big apartment is the dining one). We felt a bigger pot should be available for cooking after all the apartment can host 4 adults. In the "welcoming" email, it is stated in capital letters not to smoke in the apartment (shouting not necessary), however, once in the kitchen, we found an ashtray; better to remove it, right?! Only one pair of keys for two couples, we would have preferred one each, even though there is a system in place to leave the keys behind and recover them whenever needed. In the shower there was no shelf where to put shampoo, gel, etc. All the above are details, the only thing we cannot really overlook is that once there we found all the sinks' holes taped and we got rightfully alarmed: the place underwent plague extermination before our arrival and we were not informed (we can understand why as this would have probably lead to booking cancellation). The place was, as stated, extremely clean, but twice in the morning we found dead cockroaches, notified the host, who reassured us, but still... not nice to hide the information once arrived to know how to deal with it; we understand it is related to the old building. Hopefully they fixed it as the place is very nice and we would recommend it.
