No shampoo or shower gel in the shower containers. Ricoffee in room and breakfast, please get proper coffee!
ZAThe place is beautiful and the restaurant staff was pleasant and friendly. The spa and the pool was gorgeous
The reception was horrible, immediately as I arrived I was charged the full rate and told the booking.com discount I received did not apply. Then the staff spoke in Afrikaans whilst I was there making me feel uncomfortable not knowing what they were saying.
