ZABreakfast was good, served on time. Staff very friendly.
No tv channel choice in the room. Bare slate floors, no carpet to cushion coldness on a chilly weather. Had to wait for two hours for our dinner to be served.

Aircon not working Very poor staff service. Food took 2 hours and was cold. Room very outdated Not value for money

Toilet needed better cleaning, lots of ants around the rim. Turn down service or at least switch on lights at night. TV remote did not work. Some comp soaps. Food not great, quite poor.
