Please be aware the property in unmanned from 6pm Sunday, and on Mondays. The restaurant is also closed Sunday evening and Monday so no food or breakfast is available. Access to the accommodations is always possible via key code, this will be emailed to you prior to arrival if you are arriving after 5pm on Sundays, or on a Monday. When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of GBP 12 per dog per stay applies. A deposit may be required at the property.

Mooie locatie, zeer ruime (familie) kamer

Het was erg warm in de kamer, alsof de vloerverwarming ( ? ) op 25 stond. 2 goede ventilator torentjes en open ramen konden dit gelukkig wel verhelpen.

Gorgeous setting, views of canal out of both windows. Lovely room, spacious and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and sofa. In spite of closeness to A40, peaceful and quiet, enabling us to sleep soundly with a window open. We didn't meet any staff, it was self check-in and -out. Free parking was a bonus Excellent value.

The beautiful corner bath had no plug, so could not be used as a bath, only as a shower tray. The decor was let down by stains on the light-coloured carpet, otherwise it was all good, and definitely recommended.

"Relaxing dog friendly canal side stay."

The building was nice looking. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and good shower with plenty of hot water. Good local walk along canal and informative notices about history of the canal. Parking nearby.

"A real shame"

The scenery was beautiful, great location for what we needed. Accommodation was clean. Self check in was straight forward

Loud music coming from above and movement could be heard through the night from upstairs. Sent 3 emails and noone responded at all.
