In compliance with government regulations and local customs, all nationalities and residents of Kuwait must provide a valid marriage certificate when sharing a room. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. We warmly welcome your visitors to our lobby and restaurant areas and please do not entertain visitors in your rooms. Booked credit card should be present upon check in, otherwise guest must pay by new credit card or cash. Hotel has full right to cancel reservation failure to follow the terms and condition. In Kuwait, we uphold our rich culture and traditions. Recognizing the diverse needs of our guests, we've introduced a private ladies' pool. This exclusive area offers women a comfortable and private space to swim, ensuring they can have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We're happy that this initiative has been well received and are excited to offer this option to our female guests. The family pool is also open to everyone we just ask our female guests to wear swimwear that fits with our culture. Ladies private swimming pool is operates seasonally during summer. The hotel can assist with visa procedures (surcharges apply). Please note that the visa process can take up to 7 working days.
