. Location

• One of the highlights of the stay used to be having breakfast at Rio Grande overlooking the beach and pool. However, it has been moved to the conference hall, which has negatively affected the experience due to overcrowding, poor ventilation, and the overall unsuitable atmosphere. • The ladies’ swimming pool was not clean, with visible hair, dirt, sand, and noticeable amounts of tanning oil in the water. In addition, there was a clear lack of safety rules, regulations, and proper pool supervision. • A small amount of milk for the in-room Nespresso coffee machine was not provided unless an additional charge was paid. Special thanks to Mr. Zakaria for assisting and resolving the issue. • The pillows were uncomfortable because they were too flat and did not provide adequate support for the head and neck. • I would not recommend staying during holidays or peak seasons, as the quality of service and overall guest experience noticeably declined.

رائحة البحر. فيه ريحة مجاري للاسف وواضحه كانت

اللوبي

اطفال وخدم وعدم تنظيم عند الاحواض الفطور كان في قاعه المها وغير مرتب اول وثاني يوم العيد ماحبيت الممرات كان فيها ريحه زفر والبحر كله صخور وطحاب والاحواض ريحه سيء

اكثر شي عجبني المسبح اجباري الاحتشام عيالي حبو المكاان حييل

فجاه كنت اشم ريحه مثل المجاري صوب البحر قالوا انه الريحه من البحر

ترتيب الغرفه

البحر المخصص للنساء المفترض ان يكون مغطى وهذا ينااااقض تماماً البحر الموجود بالفندق غير خاص اطلاقاً وهناك بعض الشباب يترددون امامنا ويتم مضايقتنا ولا يوجد خوصوصيه بتاتاً بالنسبة للرسوم المبالغ فيها!!! الأكواب الموجوده بالغرفه عليها احمر شفاه وعند الطلب بتغييره ايضاً أُحضر لي ب احمر شفاه!!!!
