No lights when we arrived and the phone was never answered when we called and when we messaged the property via the booking app got no answer and finally when we emailed the property have gotten no answer

An establishment that rips people off because payment is made through booking. When you arrive, they tell you that you still need to pay this amount, otherwise they won't accommodate you, because they demand that you pay an additional amount, the same amount as you already paid through booking. Booking doesn't react to this. I've been trying to get my money back for days, but I understand that no one will give it back to me.
