Hidden De Waterkant Cottage with Tranquil Garden

Great location near shops, restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away, it's also a short walk or taxi to the Waterfront or CBD. Lovely apartment with a full range of amenities, everything we needed was there and more, it was comfortable and spacious. The area felt very safe and friendly.

The main living area air conditioning unit wasn't working, not a huge problem as there was a fan.

Security and location for Cape Town was very good

the locations was great and easy to access the V&A as well as tour bus stop giving the opportunity to easily explore the city and some of the surrounding area . the apartment itself self was immaculately clean with tasteful decor and good quality bedding as well as some nice extras i as water some milk tea, coffee and sugar.i felt very safe there and its inn a gate community which is very quiet.

Place was very clean, comfortable and very conveniently within walking distance to most of the places I needed to get to.

Le logement est très spacieux et confortable. Il est très bien aménagé et entièrement équipé (tv connectée avec youtube, netflix..., machine à laver avec lessive, lave-vaisselle avec capsules...). Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire pour des courts et longs séjours. La literie est confortable et la douche très agréable. La cuisine est super grande et comporte de très nombreux ustensiles ! L'entrée est parfaitement sécurisée (caméras, portail avec télécommande, grille anti-cambriolage). Le quartier est de plus calme et sûr, tout en étant proche du centre. Il était facile de se garer dans l'impasse.

On a eu du mal à trouver le logement car le numéro n'est pas visible depuis la rue. Il faut en effet d'abord passer le portail noir commun à plusieurs habitations avant d'accéder au logement. Ça aurait été bien de montrer une photo de ce portail et des boîtes à clés dans la procédure d'arriver. On aurait aussi aimé avoir le code de la boîte à clé avant notre arrivée, sans avoir à le demander et attendre la réponse sur place. Heureusement que les propriétaires sont réactifs sur Whatsapp, on n'a pas attendu trop longtemps ! :)

As someone who travels the world, this is the only time I did not have to complain about anything. Truly exceptional place, everything you could possibly need is provided, soo much better that booking hotels. The communication from the management ( Cheryl and Carmen) was brilliant, thank you. I will definitely be booking again.
