"Really great stay"

This is one of the best self catering accommodations I have ever stayed in! Elizabeth met me on arrival and showed me where everything was, I was very lucky that I was able to check in early as my flight landed in the morning - really appreciated that. The location is spot on. it's in a hidden walkway off a side road, and super safe. I came and went at all times of the day and night on my own and had no problems at all. Shops, bars, cafes and restaurants are all within a 5-10min walk. The property itself is so well furnished and very modern. the bed is super comfortable

the only issue was the WiFi. the main WiFi didn't work at all so a back up one was provided that was topped up with data. The problem is there was never enough data, so I had to keep asking them to top it up. They were great with communication and quick to respond, but it was annoying when it was late at night and the movie stops because WiFi has run out. Hopefully the main WiFi is sorted now

Hidden De Waterkant Cottage is very nice cozy place in a central part of Cape Town, close enough to the main attraction but still quiet enough to enjoy your stay. The owners were lovely and helpful. The place has just been renewed with very good taste and make you feel like home
