"Our stay was okay."

The view, easy to find location.

The elevators were getting fixed when we checked out the following causing people to pile up on each floor and in the lobby waiting to use the elevator. 1 out of 3 elevators was working. It took us almost an hour to use the elevator because we have luggages and other big stuff so we used the dolly/cart to carry those items. But because of the situation of the elevators, we could not fit in so we waited almost an hour just to get in to the elevator. We did bit have a choice but to take stairs from the 16th floor. Imagine carrying luggages from 16th floor down to the lobby.
