Bella Suites at Wind Residences Tagaytay

Agents not being prepared. Went there past our check in time and yet when we arrived the receptionist said the registered name in the email (c/o our contact from the hotel) was different from ours so we need an authorization letter from our contact. i contacted them but they said they were in the middle of doing something. we had no choice except to cancel. it was past 10 in the evening, we just arrived from our 5hr commute, we were tired and just wanted to rest so we just walked-in on nearby hotels

They own several Airbnbs. Hence, the photos in the page might be different than actual. Bed linens are itchy. Toilet is smelly. I left the property earlier than my checkout cos it was not relaxing at all.

The room and location is exceptional facing the lake.

Lacking some basic item soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. No slippers so need to bring your own.
