The suite was clean and spacious for my family. I will most definitely be staying again. Great customer service!

Suite was big and had lots of room

Very dirty all around, a pair men’s underwear were just thrown outside the hotel when you first walk out on the property grounds. Smelled awful in the suite elevators, always dirty and sticky and front desk were not helpful when they charged my debit card for no apparent reason on a prepaid stay and then said they gave me a credit but there was no credit, they would’ve stolen my money had I not checked my acct, went down to the front desk, demanded the manager help and clear the charges and take my card off file immediately. They agreed and it took 5 days for the charges and my money to be back in my checking account. Beware. There is some sketchy stuff going on there. Made me uneasy most days there. Weird things and people coming in and out daily. Never again.

Amazing!!! Definitely bringing my family and myself love love this place so much super clean, wonderful staff amazing guests as well and I love their gift shop even the girl working there is super nice

I like the small kitchen set. Loved my location on t level, nice exercise room. The customer service at this location is Excellent!!!!!! The complimentary breakfast is Superb!!!!! I look forward to staying there sometime again.

The breakfast was good potatoes were excellent. The host was a very kind and helpful man.

We were in a sweet but only would give him enough towels for three people we had to continue to ask for towels, as well as blankets. There were things stopped in the cabinet for our use including coffee but we had no coffee maker. Other than that it was a good stay.

This place needs to be remodeled badly.

The staff was amazing. There was a specific young lady Hispanic, who was very very sweet. She was a Hello Kity fan, but I don’t remember her name. I hope she see this writing. The breakfast bar was really good. Most of the staff was very friendly and professional.
