Nauna Villa Bali

This villa is very close to nature. there were small birds and the garden is so pleasant. it's so quiet and at night you can hear insects chirping. The owner is helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The pool is clean and nice.

There were burning hays from the paddy fields and it was so hazy and air quality is not good. I think because of that burning, at night there were a lot of insects. we had sore throat next day due to the haze. The water in our room was smelly and the owner checked and fixed the problems promptly. He let us use the other shower room while fixing.

We loved so many things about this property. This was our fourth trip to Bali and each time we have tried different properties, so we can compare. What we really liked about this one: the bed was exceptionally comfortable! The Villa has a lot of charm - it is spacious and private with a large shaded terrace. The property is small - only maybe 8 villas? and family run, so there’s a lot of personal attention and not a lot of hype going on. The family is wonderful, very helpful in securing drivers, warm and welcoming, and eager to please. I really liked the pool- it’s not big enough to do laps in but plenty big enough to swim a few strokes . The garden and landscaping is gorgeous and attracts a lot of birds and butterflies. We loved waking up and going to bed to so much Birdsong.

We enjoyed being out in the countryside, surrounded by rice fields and trees, but some people might not like being a half an hour drive out of Ubud. We really enjoyed the Tranquilli, however.. and it was easy to get a driver when we wanted to go into town and not expensive.

Love this place it is quiet n private. My children love the private pool. The room is clean and comfortable. I choose this villa for next stay

The staircase of the 2nd room is not connected to the 1st room. But it is just outside the 1st room. Overall it is okay. Nice

Area in which the villa is is beautiful, a little far away from the busy areas such as Ubud, but being in amongst the rice paddocks was beautiful.

The cafe/restaurant did not seem to be open :(

+ the owner is very nice and he has many connections to drivers, restaurants etc. + great breakfast with 4 options to choose from (local and western) + very quite location surrounded by rice fields + many many plants and flowers decorating the accomodation + cute bed and bathroom + water refill station in the common area + nice pool + good mosquito net

- you can hear everything from the adjacent room (the building was divided into 2 separate accomodations, however, the owner told me that he wants to combine them into one big accomodation for families) - the restaurant is currently closed for approximately 6 more months due to renovation, but the owner drove us to a beautiful restaurant of a friend - it is hard to walk to restaurants etc as the accomodation is a bit on the countryside (but that makes it very quiet and beautiful)
