Nauna Villa Bali

Outside of Ubud so much quieter for relaxation, private pool was lovely, staff were so helpful & kind.

We enjoyed our stay at this seemingly family-run hotel. The private pool in our rented villa offered a truly delightful experience - a personal paradise to enjoy! It had a standout was the breakfast - particularly the egg noodles were notable. The staff was helpful with finding the Grabs who occasionally missed the driveway, ensuring a smooth transportation process.

While we appreciated many aspects of our stay, there were a few drawbacks. The bathrooms, while well equipped, were somewhat rudimentary and we encountered a few bugs. We also had to be vigilant about not leaving food out to avoid attracting ants. Communicating through WhatsApp for breakfast orders was hit-or-miss, though calling directly proved more effective. Note that it's advisable to have cash on hand for hotel-arranged transportation. Despite these issues, we managed to have an enjoyable stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel located in between rice fields. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional hospitality of the staff and owners made our stay exceptional. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home, even treating us to some delicious traditional Indonesian cuisine and delicious fruits, allowing us to savor the flavors of the region. This personal touch truly added to the authenticity of our stay. The atmosphere at the hotel was simply awesome. Surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden, it was a tranquil oasis with a relaxing vibe. We found ourselves unwinding in this serene environment, far away from the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist spots. It's the perfect choice for anyone seeking a quiet retreat in the middle of beautiful rice fields, with exceptional staff, delicious food, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful people working there, super nice, welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast and service. We felt like princesses ! The place is beautiful, probably the most beautiful place we stayed in Bali. We stayed at the private villa and had our private pool. This place looks like a dream from the entrance with all the plants and the pool to the private villa!

The villa is not in ubud but few km away from the center. You will need a scooter or a car to go to Ubud, and the traffic can be quite bad to enter Ubud. Also if you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. The villa is located in the middle of a field, and it can get very very noisy at nights with all the animal noises (charming too!) Also one day was very noisy during the day due to harvesting + during the night with people singing in a megaphone in the temple near by (it has nothing to do with the staff and to be honest they didn’t even know that would be happening, but it woke us up at 11pm , 4am and 6am! Not sure if it happens a lot, but figured I would mention it)
