LAKE HOUSE CANZO

Nous avons loué les 2 appartements pour ma famille et celle de ma sœur (9 personnes) et nous avons passé un très bon séjour, les appartements étaient spacieux, très propres, équipés correctement et confortables. Celui du 1er étage avait une grande terrasse très agréable. Certes on ne peu pas se garer dans la petite cour commune car les rues sont très étroites, mais 3 parkings gratuits se trouvent aux alentours, le village de CANZO est agréable, calme et c'est appréciable après avoir subit la cohue et pris des bains de foules au bord du lac de Côme !! Je vous conseille vivement d'essayer quelques-uns des très beaux chemins de randonnée qui partent au dessus du village ils sont au top... Entrée et départ de l'appartement autonome avec des boîtes à clefs, la communication avec le propriétaire a été bonne et il a été très réactif. Bref, un très bon séjour

First it said free parking but it is for a small car and you cant drive the street between 6am and 6pm. So we had to pay for our parking and walk with the luggages. The host doesnt speak English and guide us in italian but with a bad connexion that kept cutting. It is said wifi but it doesnt work (even the tv is not connected). Asked three time to the host but didnt answer.. Bed is broken so you cant seat at the end of it and the shits were too small for the mattress. Long list of broken appliances actually. The worst was the coffee machine who was broken and fell on my laps. Burned my knee prerry badly. Told the host who obviously didn't care. So we didnt had parking wifi or coffee. Be aware the picturs are different appartements. Really disappointed. At least the village is cute.

La communication avec l'hôte était difficile. L'hôte ne répond pas facilement et on a dû insister pour avoir le code d'accès.... L'hôte ne parle que l'italien!!!

The landlord's communication was poor. I had difficulty getting into the house. Even though it said there was Wi-Fi, there wasn't any. I felt like I'd been scammed.

There should be clear information not to enter old Canzo with a car, it is very difficult to back out again. I do not have a problem to walk a few steps from the church parking, but not knowing I followed google into town with tanSUV
